Updates for December 2025

This month saw the WPLU E-Board finalize the 2nd contract, and WPLU members voted in favor to ratify

Hello Members!

A short blog post this month, but a meaningful one. 2025 ended with a bang as we finalized our 2nd contract. 

Here's a rundown of what happened:

• Several in-person Q&A sessions about were held by WPLU eBoard:

  • Mon 12/1 from 12-1:30 and 4-5:15 in NWL Meeting Room

  • Tues 12/2 from 12-1:30 and 4-5:15 in WPK Meeting Room

  • Thurs 12/4 from 12-1:30 and 4-5:15 in OWL Learning Lab

  • Virtual Q&A on the evening of Sun 12/7 - Zoom

• Voting for ratification of the contract ran from Mon 12/8 to Fri 12/12

  • We had a great response rate, with almost 87% of membership casting a vote. Of those votes, over 98% chose to RATIFY.
